Scout Ltd. sells Bungalow assets

Move to allow companies to focus on core customers

Scout Ltd., a giftware holding company, has announced the sale of certain assets of the Bungalow division back to founder Ben Johns and the Bungalow management team. Johns resigned from his CEO position at Scout Ltd. as part of the transaction to devote his full time attention to Bungalow LLC business.

Park Designs continues as the primary platform company of Scout Ltd.

Marty Metzler is the new chief executive officer of Scout Ltd. and will continue as president of Park Designs. Cathy Redmon continues to serve as chief financial officer of both Scout Ltd. and Park Designs. This move will allow both companies to improve focus on their core customers and product lines, officials said in a release.
