Profit Systems Inc., a retail management and accounting software provider for the furniture industry, has acquired EasyChair Software, a competing firm.
EasyChair is located in Minneapolis, Minn. and has been in business since 1986. Profit Systems Inc. is based in Colorado Springs, Colo.
The new entity is poised to improve customer service levels for all clients and to reduce operating costs while growing sales. “Nothing is more important to us or more valuable to our continued success than the strong relationship we have with our customers,” said Profit Systems Inc.
