Kichler makes several executive appointments

Kichler Lighting has expanded its marketing and sales teams with the addition of Becky Ross as vice president of marketing services and the promotions of Chris Bailey and Jared Northrop to directors of sales.

As the vice president of marketing services, Ross will be responsible for leading the company's marketing, graphics, Web site, showroom merchandising, customer service, public relations and communications activities. Previously the director of marketing communications at Moen Incorporated, Ross also has served as vice president of marketing, communications and direct sales at Advanced Lighting Technologies and marketing manager at Sherwin Williams.

As directors of sales, Bailey and Northrop will be responsible for leading sales initiatives and making strategic decisions regarding products and marketing. Their close proximity to their dealers and showrooms will allow them to maintain and build excellent relationships.

Bailey, who has been with Kichler for seven years, will oversee the eastern United States sales and will work out of Louisville, Ky. Bailey was previously the Southeast regional sales manager.

Northrop started with Kichler 11 years ago and was previously the western regional sales manager. He resides in Los Angeles, Calif., and will lead his sales team in the western United States.
