Alexa Hampton to headline Atlanta's Market Wednesday

Market Wednesday, AmericasMart Atlanta’s between-Market buyer enrichment program, will host retailers and designer guests on April 2 for an afternoon of exclusive presentations, showroom specials and promotions. Headlining April 2’s Market Wednesday will be Alexa Hampton, celebrity interior designer and senior design consultant to PBS’s This Old House. Joining Hampton will be a panel of industry notables, including interior design Mark Habachy.
The event will begin at 10 a.m. in AmericasMart 1, floor 4, 4B1 with a panel discussion and area rug showcase, followed by a complimentary luncheon. Participating AmericasMart Area Rug Center exhibitors include: Jaipur Rugs, Nourison, Safavieh, Smyrna Trading, Paramount, Capel, Hellenic, Jaunty and 828 International.
New York-based Hampton is the President of Mark Hampton, Inc., her late father’s renowned interior design house. Today, under her direction, the firm takes on a wide range of domestic and international projects, including apartments and large residences, private airplanes and yachts.
