Feiss family announces retirement

Feiss, Greene and Hersh families to leave this month

Murray and Dorothy Feiss, Robert and Andrea Greene, and Ron and June Hersh will all be retiring from Murray Feiss Import, effective May 23.

Murray Feiss, Bob Greene and Ron Hersh will continue their positions on the board of directors of Generation Brands to assist in the continuing growth of the company and will attend the June Dallas market.

Earlier this year, Greg Vandia was named president of Murray Feiss and Harold Wolfson was named president of Royce Lighing as part of the transition.

According to a press release from the family, “It’s been a great experience for all of us. Our involvement over the many years in our company has always been one of love. The friends we have made and the history we have lived through (and created) will always be with us, whether we’re in the office or not. We cannot express how much we appreciate the support of everyone we have worked with for such a long time. Trust that we’ll never be very far away from our roots. Thank you for your ongoing support and please continue to be a part of the Murray Feiss family.”
