Roma Moulding announces staff moves

Roma Moulding has recently made several new hires and promotions.
For its new home decor division, Roma has named Maria Hoo as creative director and Nick Easom as national sales manager. Hoo also oversees Roma's Canadian representatives.
“The new division has the autonomy to make decisions that will allow us to move quickly in the market,” Easom said. “Since the beginning of the year, Roma has designed and developed new products, reassessed price points, developed new marketing and ad campaigns and launched its new Web site, as well as redesigning the Roma showrooms located across the country.”
Hoo and Easom report to Tony Gareri, vice president of sales and marketing.
Roma Moulding recently promoted Michael Israel to the position of western regional sales manager. Israel has worked in picture framing since 1980 as a framer, designer, manager and consultant in both retail and wholesale venues.
Israel joined Roma's sales team In March 2000 as its San Francisco-area sales consultant.
Sam Woodruff has resumed his role as Roma southeastern regional sales manager. He was previously VP of sales for Max Moulding.
Woodruff is well known in the picture framing industry, with more than 23 years of experience.
Both Israel and Woodruff report to Don Fairholm, director of sales.
