Washburn comes to Kaleen with more than 10 years experience in the decorative flooring and home furnishings industries, having mostly recently worked with Oriental Weavers North America.
She also previously served as national sales manager for Thompson Designs.
At Kaleen, Washburn will be responsible for sales and account development in the Great Lakes Region and will be based in Chicago.
She will work within Kaleen's rug division and report to Blake Dennard, vice president of sales.
