Minuteman, Achla acquire Adams Co. fireplace tools and accessories

Division to move to Fitchburg, Mass.

Minuteman International and Achla Designs, the Massachusetts-based designer and marketer of fireplace accessories and lawn and garden products, has announced its acquisition of the Adams fireplace tools and accessories division of the Iowa-based Adams Company.

This division will be moved to Fitchburg, Mass., by the end of July and operate as a division of Minuteman International Company. All inquiries should be made to Minuteman at (800)626-1114.
