The dramatic Kennedy duvet set is inspired by sapphires and onyx with its glamorous interpretation of blue and black ($200, queen set). Audrey is an autumn-influenced design, with a brown background behind overscale gold, skeletal leaves ($200, queen set). Also new is Saville, a menswear-inspired striped pattern with a solid fold-over closure and large buttons ($220, queen set).

The delicately formed Anna Arch mirror launches as part of the Florentine Collection. The hand-tooled wood design is available in three colors: ivory, celestial blue and brown ($599).

The Stix placemats feature a two-color scribble design that is silk-screened and hand-painted onto vinyl. The mats are available in green/gray, gray/black and white/brown and in two sizes ($14 to $15). Other new placemat designs include solid-colored spun vinyl and basket-weave designs in wine and Bordeaux.

Several pieces are debuted in the Creative Silkworm Collection, including 100% hand-spun silk scarves, Rag table runners woven from recycled cotton and silk scarves, and Cocoon flower garlands ($50 to $175). Ropes scarves are made of 100% Ethiopian cotton and available in a variety of jewel tone colors ($55).

A classic gourd shape enhances the casual elegance of Festoni's porcelain lamp, freshened with a cooling pop of soft mint ($375, base; $90, shade). Another new introduction, the Gustavian console, features dainty fretwork and carving with a subtle French gray top ($1,800).

Several sheeting collections from the Plumas line debut this month, including Incas, a Greek Key pattern made of 100% Peruvian Pima cotton and available in several color combinations and thread counts ($385, king set). Other designs include The Swirl and Basketweave, with delicate embroidery in the corresponding patterns decorating the sheets' edges.

A pair of pillow designs debut in the Natura Collection, available in brown or green, with crewel hand-embroidered bird designs on a neutral cotton background. The Java pillows feature rich colorful appliqués and embroidery in an Indonesian ikat design, made of 100% cotton.

New pillow designs debut in the Bauhaus and Esteban collections from Pierre Frey. Silver diamonds dance across a black background in the Joseph cushion, made of linen, cotton and rayon ($106). Exotically spiced offerings join the Esteban Collection, including the pinwheel-embellished Sola in orange ($214) and the multicolored Flora ($222).

Semiprecious debuts the Superstripe and Candystripe boudoir pillows this season. The Moroccan-made silk pillows feature handmade silk tassels, natural vegetable dyes and hand-loomed fabric. Filled with down inserts, each design is a limited edition.

Sieger has introduced a petite version of the hand-painted Matroschka egg cup. The miniature porcelain objects are also available in all five My China patterns: Treasure, Emperor's Garden, White, Glossy Platinum and Polished Gold ($220).

Surya expands its line of wall decor this season with 26 new giclees, printed on canvas or paper, including a pair of delicate cherry blossom designs in soft yellow and green. The designs coordinate with the company's rug collections ($299 to $599). New rug collections include Fallon, a group of sophisticated lattice-patterned rugs designed by Jill Rosenwald ($249, 5x8), and Moderne, designed by Bob Mackie and incorporating some of his formalwear designs and highlighted with art silk ($599, 5x8). Surya also adds two throw collections this season, developed from the company's best-selling color combinations in rugs and pillows ($89).

The Vintage Flower Bouquet wall sconces debut this season in the Garden Collection, with sculpted violets daisies and poppies making a showy statement for the two-candle displays ($360, set of two). The Light Fantastic lanterns and candleholders incorporate an antique hobnail design (lanterns, $54, set of three; candleholder, $10 each). A series of shiny silver designs debut in the Caravan Collection, including a pair of antelope trophies ($190 each), aluminum picture frames ($15 to $28) and ribbed vases in three sizes ($256, set of three).

The Middle Eastern solid walnut table from Wunderley is elaborately embellished with mother-of-pearl inlay. Embossed silver metal with bone accents frames a classic Moroccan leather bench.
