Terry L. Gissell

Gissell will spearhead efforts to increase area rug and residential broadloom sales by expanding the company's product placement with select retail chains and national buying groups. Other responsibilities will include contributing to exclusive product development efforts, securing key in-store positioning, and brand exposure in print and online sales channels.

Joining the company in this newly created position, Gissell reports directly to Steve Codella, Couristan's senior vice president of sales, eastern United States.
