Vernon, Calif.-based Maxton Manufacturing has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection, following an earlier filing of Chapter 11 in June.
According to documents from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Central District of California, the company listed between 50 and 99 creditors. Its estimated assets at the time of the filing were less than $50,000, while its estimated liabilities were $1 million to $10 million.
The Dallas Market Center is on the list of Top 20 unsecured creditors, with the floral and botanical producer owing the market center $21,098.
