World Market Center names Phillip McKay senior vice president
Brings record of success as tradeshow veteran

Tradeshow industry veteran Phillip McKay has joined the World Market Center Las Vegas as senior vice president.
In this newly created position, McKay will be responsible for leasing to gift, lighting, rugs and decorative accessories segments as well as launching new product line categories. Additionally McKay will oversee the development of existing and future trade show events at WMC.
“Phil’s extensive background in the tradeshow industry is a great resource for World Market Center Las Vegas as we position ourselves for the future,”said Robert Maricich, president and CEO of World Market Center Las Vegas. “He is highly regarded in the industry and has the skills and knowledge base necessary to ensure World Market Center is the most effective and efficient platform for the industry.”
Prior to joining WMC, McKay served as president and CEO of PPM Media, a tradeshow production company he founded. He also has executive-level experience at several tradeshow companies, including Gartner Vision Events, Penton Media and Key3Media. Tradeshow Week Magazine awarded McKay with a Lifetime Achievement Award from for his outstanding contributions to the global events industry.
