Home furnishings and decorative accessories retail chain Z Gallerie is closing 21 stores across the country, including all four of its Ohio locations, citing "deteriorating economic conditions," according to a report at www.wkyc.com.
About 350 employees will be affected. Fifty-seven locations will remain open. The company also plans to consolidate its distribution network to reduce costs and increase operating efficiency.
But it’s not all bad news; Z Gallerie opened a new 10,000 square foot location in North Naples, Fla., according to www.naplesnews.com.
