Freakonomics author to speak at Home + Housewares Show

Will appear March 23 at breakfast event

Best-selling author and economist Steven D. Levitt will offer a unique perspective on the current recession during the annual Industry Breakfast during the 2009 International Home + Housewares Show.

The breakfast is scheduled for 7 a.m. Tuesday, March 23. Levitt’s presentation will focus on “Unconventional Thinking for an Unpredictable Economy.”

In addition to Levitt’s talk, IHA Chairman Jeffrey Siegel, president & CEO of Lifetime Brands Inc., will offer a state-of-the-Association message. Tickets for the Breakfast are $25 each or $300 for a table of 10 with priority seating. They can be ordered at www.housewares.org.
