Onecoast honors salespeople of the year

National sales and marketing agency Onecoast has named the winners of its annual Salespeople of
the Year awards. Laura Fast from Denver was named Territory Manager of the Year; Steve Frawley
was named Sales Manager of the Year.
The winners were selected based on their excellence in the following categories:
• Sales performance to goal
• Customer relationships
• Vendor relationships
• Teamwork
Fast and Frawley were judged as winners after an evaluation by more than 200 Onecoast salespeople
and sales managers.
“Our sales team is comprised of very talented individuals, and Laura and Steve are terrific
illustrations of this high level of achievement and professionalism on our team,” said Ted Teele,
CEO of Onecoast. “Our selection process for this award was rigorous, and their accomplishments
really stood out among some outstanding candidates.”
Fast, a 14-year Onecoast veteran, sells home decor products to designers and retailers in
Colorado. In 2008, Laura generated a 7% sales increase in a developed territory during a very
difficult year. Fast was also honored for the second time as a finalist in the ARTs Awards in
January.
Frawley manages a team of 28 salespeople throughout the Southeast and Southwest. Frawley’s team
posted increased its sales by 27% over 2007.
Onecoast also recognized the finalists for these awards. Cheri Leos from Alabama was the finalist
for Salesperson of the Year. Leos grew her 2008 sales by 37%. And Nora Chapman, regional sales
manager from National Division ONE, was the finalist for Sales Manager of the Year, as her
region’s sales jumped 17%.
The winning sales team members were awarded cash prizes.
