American Art & Home Decor teams up with Pasha
Will share operations, warehousing, sales and marketing functions

American Art & Home Decor and Pasha Home Furnishings have formed a strategic partnership, according to a release from American.
American Art & Home Decor President Doug Hills said he has partnered with Sam Pasha, CEO of Pasha Home Furnishings, to make the company a leader in the wall decor industry.
“I am very happy to have Sam as my friend and partner,” Hills said. “The synergy created by this strategic alliance will ensure a healthy growth and outstanding service level to our combined customer base.”
The companies will continue to operate separately but will show together at the High Point, Atlanta and Las Vegas markets.
Administration, operations and warehousing will take place at Pasha’s home office in Martinsburg, W.Va. Sales, marketing and design will be run from Dallas.
The featured products will blend a combination of items made in the USA as well as factories in Europe and China.
In other news, American Art has been granted the rights to distribute products to the home furnishings industry from Gallery Direct Limited, a leading wall decor source in Europe.
“From high-end to value products, we have all the bases covered with framed art, creative wall decor, hand painted oils, giclees and mirrors,” Hills said.
