Brian C. Bunch and Jim Gooding have joined MMPI's High Point properties leasing team, both as vice presidents of sales.
Bunch, who will also serve as assistant general manager, comes to MMPI from Beljen Mills, Inc. where he spent 10 years as its president and owner. In his new role Bunch will oversee and lead the MMPI High Point sales team.
Gooding brings close to 30 years of experience in the home furnishings and textiles industry and joins MMPI from Glen Raven Custom Fabrics where he managed the catalog and decorative jobber business of Glen Raven's Sunbrella brand. Gooding will be responsible for leasing permanent showrooms throughout MMPI’s High Point properties.
MMPI also announced the promotions of Steve Johnson to vice president-administration and assistant general manager, and Paul Sperano to director of operations.
Johnson has been with MMPI for over eight years and, according to a company press release, has assisted in nearly every facet of MMPI’s High Point properties, from administration and operations to marketing and leasing. Sperano has been a member of the MMPI High Point operations team since 1999. In his new role, Sperano will be managing all of the operational aspects of the six buildings in High Point and will be the key point person for maintenance, materials management, security, housekeeping, construction, tradeshows, grounds and budget preparation.
“Brian Bunch and Jim Gooding are incredible additions to MMPI’s High Point staff, and they will strengthen our team and improve our leasing staff,” said Christopher Kennedy, president, MMPI. “Their additions, along with Steve Johnson and Paul Sperano’s promotions, ensure MMPI’s role as an industry leader in High Point. We look forward to all they will achieve in their new roles.”
