The January 2010 Chicago Market: Living and Giving will be held, Jan. 21–27. The July 2010 show will be held July 22–28.
"This change is based on over 24 months of extensive research, numerous conversations and constant contact with our customers, who asked us to reduce the market overlap," said Joan Ulrich, senior vice president, MMPI. "By making this change in our market dates we are better serving our attendees, exhibitors and showrooms."
In previous years, the shows had been scheduled about a week earlier, often conflicting with other gift and home markets.
The July 2009 market will go on as scheduled, Thursday, July 16 through Wednesday, July 22.
