Las Vegas Design Center hosting panel discussion
Seeks to uncover “The Next Big Idea”

Las Vegas Design Center at World Market Center Las Vegas is bringing together a lineup of local experts to answer the big question of the times: What’s next? A panel discussion, The Next Big Idea - How to Revitalize Our Market, will take place during Las Vegas Design Center’s monthly “First Friday” series June 5.
Moderating the discussion will be Melinda Sheckells, a Las Vegas-based expert on residential and hospitality decor trends and a frequent speaker at Las Vegas Design Center. The panel will include an array of industry insiders, including high-end residential interior designers Marc and Jill Abelman of Inside Style, Myron Martin of the Smith Center for Performing Arts, realtor Elle Gaensslen of Coldwell Banker and Assemblage Studio’s Eric Strain, an architect and designer.
The discussion will take place through a talk-show style format with audience participation. Topics will include “The Next Big Idea” as it relates to:
* The reinvention of Las Vegas
* Communication
* Realism
* Diversification
* Value
The Next Big Idea panel discussion will take place from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Friday, June 5 in C-184 at World Market Center Las Vegas, 495 South Grand Central Parkway.
