Lindsey Hughes -- Home Accents Today, 6/1/2009
Chandeliers, pendants and fixtures debuting at the Dallas market serve as guiding lights of style illuminating such trends as crystal, shiny finishes and shell accents. Look for contemporary chic designs as well as the tried and true classics to surface this season and leave a lasting impression.

The Clinton pendant celebrates a warm transitional look with sleek curves and an antique bronze mount from WAC Lighting.
Featuring arching rectangular arms and etched glass, the Westin Collection chandelier displays a brushed nickel finish from Progress Lighting ($426). Crystal accents rain down from a chrome-finished fixture on Dale Tiffany's lighting design ($1,795). A shell mosaic shade looks truly elegant on the contemporary Schale ceiling lamp from Lite Source ($400).

A classic mid-century modern motif forms the basis of the Remy Collection chandelier from Murray Feiss. The outer decorative frame floats over an organza shade, completed with a Heritage Bronze and Parisienne Gold finish.
Accented with an antique white translucent silk shade, the Brentwood Collection chandelier drips in hand-cut crystal from Crystorama ($1,450).

Sea Gull Lighting's Warwick Collection one light mini-pendant displays classic styling with a dark bronze frame ($300).
