Michael Wolf joins Safavieh
Safavieh rugs hires regional manager

Industry veteran Michael Wolf has been named Midwest gegional sales manager for Safavieh, according to an announcement by company principal, Arash Yaraghi, to whom he will report.
Wolf will be responsible for sales in Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin, as well as several national accounts.
Wolf comes to Safavieh with rug sales and buying experience. Prior to joining the company he served for 13 years as sales manager for Lotfy & Sons in Secaucus, N.J., and earlier with Amiran Rugs. Previously Wolf was a buyer for Fortunoff in Westbury, N.Y., for 12 years, responsible for all buying and merchandising of rugs, in addition to fireplaces, lighting and ceiling fans.
“Mike’s well-rounded resume is truly impressive,” Yaraghi said. “We have known him since his buying days at Fortunoff and are looking forward to his impact on sales in the Midwest territory. His familiarity with the product as well as his direct experience in retail is a major advantage to our company.”
