How do retailers respond to catalogs, e-mail campaigns, show invitations, press releases and telemarketing? What are the most effective marketing communications tools, according to retailers? The Gift and Home Trade Association's Retail Advisory Board will address these questions, and dozens of others, during a keynote session at the 7th Annual GHTA Conference, which will be held in Phoenix/Chandler, Ariz., Nov. 19-21.
The RAB, which is the retailer education branch of the GHTA, fostering dialogue between GHTA members and retailers, is currently gathering responses from an in-depth retailer survey, the results of which will be shared for the first time at the 2009 GHTA Conference.
To take the survey, retailers must click on the link below, following the easy instructions and completing the survey prior to Nov.11, 2009.
