A Spork to love
May 1, 2008

Forget about that sad little piece of plastic you get when you're fooling yourself about calories (again) and having a salad from the drivethru. Forget about it. Made of biodegradable plastic (corn starch), the Moscardino spork is tough enough for repeated use but it will decompose in about two months. This perfectly green product was designed by Giulio Iacchetti and Matteo Ragni and awarded the pretigious Compasso d'Oro in 2001. It retails for about a buck. Did I mention it's beautiful? Bet you'll never say that about anything you get at the drivethru. Later.
