New Light Forms

Thixotropes is a series of illuminated sculptures designed by Troika for Selfridges London. The assemblies are made of thin steel bands lined with LEDs. The fixtures revolve creating the illusion of overlapping transparent cones, diamond and spheres. Variations in color are created by adjusting the color temperature of the LEDs. Troika is the London-based design studio founded by Eva Rucki, Conny Freyer and Sebastien Noel.
