Eastern Accents, fabric companies sue Ashley Furniture
Earlier this month Eastern Accents, American Silk Mills, Duralee Fabrics, Joan Fabrics, P. Kaufmann Fabrics, Quaker Fabric and Sunbury Textile Mills filed suit in the U. S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina here against Ashley Furniture Inds. and Southwestern Furniture of Wisconsin claiming the defendants have committed “unlawful and intentional copying and sales of copyrighted fabric designs, as well as deceptive trade practices constituting unfair competition.   more >>

OneCoast launches online buying source for independent retailers
OneCoast recently announced the launch of a new online shopping destination that enables independent retailers and designers to purchase gift and home decor products at discounted prices previously enjoyed by national discount chains.
