Do you need help?
Home Accents Today is launching a new feature in 2009 – I Need Help!

We are asking retailers to send us photos of problem areas in their store. We will post them on our Web site and solicit comments from our online readership. In addition, our own Retailer Advisory Board and associated designers and visual merchandisers will weigh in with ideas. We will publish the photo, plus the comments in future issues.

In the meantime, please send your trouble-spot photos to HATmarket@reedbusiness.com. We will select one each month and post it on our Web site, HomeAccentsToday.com. Please visit the site in January to offer your own opinions and help fellow shopkeepers out.

We are also planning another new recurring page – Retailer Insight. Similar to the Designer Insight we have run for the last two years, we will ask a retail-oriented question to our panel of experts and let them answer in their own words. Do you have a question for our panel? E-mail it to Susan Dickenson, retail editor, at susan.dickenson@reedbusiness.com. Watch for responses in the February edition of HAT.
