Paul Ng joins Safavieh

Safafieh Rugs adds Internet sales manager

Paul Ng has joined Safavieh as sales manager for Internet rug retailers, a new position. Ng reports to Arash Yaraghi, a principal of the company and will be responsible for sales and customer service to all customers who specialize in Web-based rug sales.

Ng, who will be based in Safavieh’s Port Washington, N.Y., corporate headquarters, has returned to the company after holding sales positions in various industries for the past five years. His prior experience with Safavieh includes work in the customer service, administrative and accounting departments.

“We are fortunate to have Paul back on board,” Yaraghi said. “His expertise in both sales and customer service will be an asset to Safavieh in our interface with the growing Internet sales segment of the retail rug business.”
