Dallas Market Center set dates for its January and June Total Home & Gift Markets, positioning each at the start of the respective winter and summer market cycles.
Officials say the positioning will create a “see it first, buy it first, sell it first” marketplace.

Our new position as the first show in each season will help new and loyal customers see it first in Dallas and discover more new products, find unique items, and gather trend intelligence.”
Dallas Market Center previously announced a date shift to a first position in January 2020 following input from a range of customers including sales representatives, exhibitors, and retailers. The consensus was the earlier dates in January would work best and provide both buyers and sellers with clear advantages including the first opportunity to source new products, first access to in-stock merchandise, and the exclusive opportunity to explore new categories of products during the entire run of multiple January markets in Dallas.
The show calendar maintains this date pattern through 2023.
Beginning in June 2020, Dallas Market Center will launch the Total Lifestyle Market across all product categories to better serve the changing needs of retail. This annual, summer-only trade event will unify for the first time all major markets and create the largest lifestyle market event in North America.
