BRESCIA, Italy – Italian lighting company Flos has promoted Pablo Illueca to CEO, charged with leading the company into a new phase of growth.
Illueca first joined Flos in 2012 and has since held leadership roles across the Flos B&B Italia Group, including CEO of Antares S.A., the Valencia-based company behind the Flos Architectural collection, and general manager for the professional segment at Flos U.S.
In 2020, he was appointed CEO of Antares. In this role, Flos said Illueca distinguished himself “through his expertise, strategic vision and leadership, establishing himself as a key figure within the Flos Group at an international level.”
“Pablo’s appointment as CEO of Flos is the natural outcome of the expertise, professionalism and dedication to the brand he has demonstrated over the years,” said Piero Gandini, executive chairman and artistic supervisor of the Flos B&B Italia Group. “It gives me great pleasure to see him leading Flos through the next phase of evolution and growth.”
Earlier this month, Flos B&B Italia Group agreed to sell Danish manufacturer Louis Poulsen, a fellow lighting maker, to Danish investment company Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker.
