Century Furniture has named Alee Robles to the role of product line manager for Curate & Grand Tour.

With her promotion, Robles has assumed responsibility for the Curate & Grand Tour collections and will oversee the complete lifecycle management of the product lines. Her role will include guiding product strategy, assortment development, pricing, training

and market execution through collaboration with merchandising, sourcing, product development, sales, marketing and operations teams.

Company officials noted that Robles brings a “deep understanding of Century’s product heritage” to her new role, as well as a strong collaborative approach and passion for the Century brand. She has been with Century for nine years.

 The American Home Furnishings Alliance has added brand advisor and speaker Chirag Nijjer to the agenda for its 2026 Marketing/PR Conference, set for Aug. 26-27 at The Conference Center at Guilford Technical Community College near Greensboro.

Nijjer, a brand historian featured on the History Channel docuseries “The Mega Brands That Built America,” will speak on how companies can sharpen brand messaging, strengthen storytelling and build more meaningful customer connections.

He is known for developing a “Brand Clarity Framework” aimed at helping companies create more focused marketing strategies. Nijjer also works in Google’s global customer care and support division, where he supports high-tier advertising clients.

“Chirag’s passion for peeling back the layers of an effective brand message, an engaging brand story, even a spontaneous brand moment will leave home furnishings marketers energized and anxious to re-examine their own brands,” said Patricia Bowling, AHFA vice president of communications. “Chirag’s message is going to be a game-changer for our industry.”

The annual conference is designed specifically for home furnishings marketing and public relations professionals. This year’s program also includes Pamela McNally, head of field marketing and marketing development for Houzz Pro, who will open the event with insights from the Houzz & Home Study.

Other sessions will cover community relations, marketing to consumers over 50, generational views of the home, AI marketing tools and crisis readiness.

Rugmaker Jaipur Living has named James Ashley as the company’s new senior vice president of sales.

Ashley joined Jaipur Living in March and is responsible for leading the company’s sales strategy across key business channels, including interior design, furniture retail, contract hospitality, national accounts and emerging growth opportunities.

Ashley has more than 20 years of senior sales and marketing leadership experience in the home furnishings, lighting, outdoor furniture and design industries. Previously, he held executive sales leadership roles at companies including Gabriella White, Eurofase Lighting, Hunter Fan Company and ELK Home.

“James brings a strong combination of sales leadership, channel strategy, and customer-focused execution to Jaipur Living,” said Asha Chaudhary, president and CEO of Jaipur Living. “His experience building and leading high-performing sales teams will be an important asset as we continue to deepen relationships with designers, retailers, contract partners and key accounts.”

Ashley’s appointment comes as Jaipur Living continues to invest in its sales organization, product storytelling, customer experience and channel-specific growth strategies.

Sunpan has appointed Youval Ronen as director of client relations.

An industry veteran with more than three decades of experience in the furniture space, Ronen has worked across multiple facets of the business, from distribution and logistics to customer service, claims and sales. Prior to joining Sunpan, he served as the co-founder and chief operating officer of Nuevo Living.

“Youval brings an exceptional depth of industry knowledge, entrepreneurial spirit, and operational expertise to the team,” said Sundeep Bagga, president and CEO. “His leadership will play an important role in enhancing how we support our clients while continuing to evolve the overall customer experience at Sunpan.”

In his new role, Ronen will work closely with Sunpan’s customer service and claims teams while supporting broader cross-departmental collaboration across the company. He will lead a range of operational and technology-driven initiatives aimed at improving transparency, communication, and responsiveness across the customer journey.
